Excellent training and documentation has been my passion from the early days of my IT career. As a student at Brigham Young University I worked for the Office of IT at the Service Desk. I was trained in Knowledge Management principles and began writing articles for the Knowledge Base as well as training other Service Desk employees on new products and procedures. 

Over ten years later, I am still developing and delivering training sessions on various technologies, including Windows 10, and writing knowledge articles and user guides. I am constantly working to improve my writing and design skills in creating functional and engaging documentation.
